For these Terms and Conditions: • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party. • Country refers to: California, United States • Company (referred to as "Solidpilot", "We", "Us" or "Our") is our premium fruit subscription service. • Device means any device that can access the Service like a computer, phone or tablet. • Service refers to the Solidpilot website and subscription platform. • Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") are these terms that form the entire agreement between you and the Company for using the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that the Service displays or includes. • Website refers to Solidpilot's site. • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions that govern how you use this Service. They form an agreement between you and Solidpilot. The Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users. Your access to and use of the Service depends on you accepting and following these Terms and Conditions. Everyone who visits, uses or accesses the Service is covered by them. By accessing or using the Service you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you can't use the Service. You're confirming you're over 18. The Company doesn't let anyone under 18 use the Service.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service has links to third-party websites or services that Solidpilot doesn't own or control. The Company can't control what's on those sites and isn't responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices. You understand that the Company isn't liable for any damage or loss from using those sites or anything you find there.
Termination
We can terminate or suspend your access right away, without warning, for any reason including if you break these Terms and Conditions. Once that happens, your right to use the Service stops immediately.
Limitation of Liability
No matter what damages come up, the Company and its suppliers' total liability under these Terms is capped at what you actually paid through the Service or $100 if you haven't bought anything. To the extent the law allows, the Company and its suppliers won't be liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages. This covers loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy from using or not being able to use the Service. This applies even if the Company was told these damages could happen.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all its faults and problems. The Company, its Affiliates, licensors and service providers don't give any warranties about the Service. No express, implied, statutory or other warranties apply, including those about quality, fitness for a specific purpose, title or non-infringement. The Company and its providers don't make any representation or warranty about: (i) whether the Service works or is available, or about the information and materials on it; (ii) that the Service will run without interruption or errors; (iii) the accuracy, reliability or freshness of information provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers or content are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses or other harmful components.
Governing Law and Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, apply to these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws. If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to try resolving it informally by contacting the Company first.
Compliance and Regulations
For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you're protected by the mandatory laws of your home country. United States Legal Compliance: You confirm that (i) you're not in a country under US government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and (ii) you're not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, we'll change it to accomplish what it was meant to do under the law. The rest of the Terms stay in effect. The failure to use a right or require performance under these Terms doesn't prevent you or the Company from using that right later. Waiving one breach doesn't mean waiving the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated. The original English version is what counts if there's a dispute. We can modify or replace these Terms anytime at our discretion. For material changes we'll try to give you at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Keep using the Service after changes and you're agreeing to the new terms. These terms are effective as of August 20, 2026.
