This explains how Solidpilot collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our Service. You'll find details about your privacy rights and what legal protections apply to you. We use your Personal Data to run and improve the Service. When you use Solidpilot, you're agreeing to how we collect and handle your information under this policy.

Types of Data Collected: Personal and Usage Data

We might ask you to provide information that identifies you when you use the Service. This could include: • Your name • Email address • Any message you send through the contact form • Usage Data Usage Data gets collected automatically while you're using the Service. This includes your Device's IP address, browser type and version, pages you visit, when you visit them, how long you stay on a page, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic info.

If Solidpilot is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data could be transferred. We'll give you notice before that happens. Sometimes the Company has to disclose your Personal Data if the law requires it or if courts or government agencies make a valid request. Keeping your Personal Data secure matters to us. That said, no internet or electronic storage method is completely secure. We do what we reasonably can to protect it, but we can't promise 100% security.

Children's Privacy

The Service isn't designed for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If you're a parent or guardian and think your child gave us their Personal Data, reach out. If we find out we've collected info from someone under 18 without parental approval, we remove it right away.

The Service might have links to websites we don't run. Clicking a third party link takes you to their site. We recommend reading the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We don't control and aren't responsible for what's on third party sites or their privacy practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We might update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We'll post the new version here and notify you. You'll get an email and/or see a notice on the Service before changes take effect. This policy became effective August 20, 2026.
